Component & Material Procurement
We source components, PCBs, and stencils from trusted suppliers to ensure quality, BOM accuracy, and smooth assembly preparation.
Component Placement (SMT & THT Assembly)
We use high-speed automated pick-and-place for SMT and manual or semi-automatic insertion for THT, enabling precise mixed-technology assemblies with fine-pitch component handling.
Optical Inspection & Quality Checks (AOI)
3D AOI systems scan each board for defects and misalignments, with results integrated into QA tracking to ensure quality before final integration.
Solder Paste Application & Stencil Setup
Solder paste is precisely applied via stencil to match pad layouts, with automated SPI ensuring consistency even for fine-pitch components for strong, reliable solder joints.
Reflow Soldering & Thermal Processing
Assembled boards are reflowed in multi-zone, temperature-controlled ovens using lead-free profiles, with precise reflow profiling to meet IPC standards.
